Information stored on your device:

The Game saves your progress — including your current level, coin balance, unlocked cosmetics, achievements, and settings — directly on your device as local save files. This data is stored only on your device. It is never transmitted to our servers or shared with any third party by us.

Information collected automatically by third-party services:

We use Google AdMob to serve advertisements in the Game. AdMob may automatically collect certain technical data, which may include:

• Android Advertising ID (AAID)
• IP address and approximate location (country/region level)
• Device make, model, and operating system version
• App version and session duration

This data is collected and processed by Google in accordance with their privacy policies. We do not receive or have access to individually identifiable information from AdMob.

3. Children's Privacy (COPPA Compliance)

Butterflies and Cannonballs is designed for players of all ages, including young children. We are committed to complying with the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA) and Google Play's Families Policy.

• We do not knowingly collect personal information directly from children under the age of 13.
• We do not ask for names, email addresses, phone numbers, photos, or any other personal details.
• No account creation is required to play the Game.
• Advertising is served via Google AdMob with child-directed treatment enabled, which disables interest-based advertising and serves only family-appropriate, non-personalized ads.

4. Advertising

The Game is free to play and is supported by advertisements delivered through Google AdMob (a service of Google LLC). Our AdMob configuration:

• Interest-based (personalized) ads: Disabled.
• Non-personalized ads only: Yes — ads are contextual, not based on user profiling.

5. Information We Do NOT Collect

We do not collect or have access to:

• Your name, email address, phone number, or any contact information
• Photos, camera, or microphone data
• Precise GPS or real-time location
• Financial information or payment details
• Social media profiles
• Contacts or calendar data

6. In-App Purchases

Butterflies and Cannonballs contains no in-app purchases of any kind. Virtual coins earned in the Game have no real-world monetary value and cannot be purchased with real money.

7. Data Storage and Security

All game data is stored locally on your device using the Godot engine's secure save-file system. We do not operate servers that store your game data. Because we do not receive your data, we cannot be responsible for securing it beyond the protection provided by your device's own operating system.

If you uninstall the Game, all locally stored game data will be deleted from your device.

The Game integrates the following third-party services, each governed by their own privacy policies:
